They put people first. They are very generous. They understand that people want to evolve professionally and provide the means to that end. People are fun to work with. I learned a lot here. They are very considerate, and many people stay for 5+ years, which is uncommon in the tech scene.
Some of the tasks are done by specialized teams. So, if you are looking for a place where you do it all like a small startup, be ready to submit forms on old-looking HTML pages and use Slack channels with people from abroad for things like credentials and configurations instead of doing it yourself.
