Management is not transparent. Business decisions are taken, and employees are reshuffled or moved out frequently. Managers tend to blame team members for failures while taking credit for successes. Performance reviews are generally one-sided, with management reading out the final decision. Any argument or feedback goes unheard.
Be transparent in your decisions and take hits on the chin.
