You get to work on some of the latest technologies, but not everyone gets a chance to work on the latest. So, if you need to ask for it, else you will be left out.
Managers are not at all good; they expect us to innovate new things when they themselves have not innovated anything nor have they done anything good.
Remove these bad managers first.
