Many outstanding products. Not all have the same level of quality, though. It really depends on who manages the product. Potential to be a great software company.
Senior management staff, i.e., from Senior Directors and up, do not make independent decisions. There's very much a herd instinct. Cross the wrong influential person, and your career is down the drain.
Have a hard look at the quality of Senior Directors and up. Some have been in the company so long, they are no longer relevant to the new challenges coming. Some have unduly strong, unobjective influence.
