One of the things that stood out the most was how friendly the team that I worked with was. My manager and senior developers valued my time as much as they valued their own, and it felt like I was an important part of the team. Even though this would vary from team to team, from my conversations with the interns on the other team, they all vouched for their respective team's friendliness.
Another pro was the scope of the projects that you may work on. The company has a track record of world-class and industry-leading products, and more or less every day you will face a new challenge and an opportunity to contribute to the product that your team is responsible for.
It's hard to have a substantial impact when you work as an intern, obviously depending on how long you plan to spend at the company, since the projects are so big in scale.
