- Gives Hybrid work culture.
- Relatively less salary (13LPA).
- Not great work life balance (at least in my team). I know for a fact that certain manager had asked an intern and an SDE-1 to even work on weekends without ANY overtime!
- Not a lot of growth.
Please note: All this depends a lot on the team you end up in.
