A lot of cost cutting
- Gives a hybrid work culture.
- Relatively less salary (13 LPA).
- Not great work-life balance (at least in my team). I know for a fact that a certain manager asked an intern and an SDE-1 to work on weekends without any overtime.
- Not a lot of growth.
Please note: All this depends a lot on the team you end up in.
