Co-workers are passionate and civilized. They provide good company benefits. The working atmosphere is stimulating. The company has an excellent environmental policy and great, beautiful locations.
When employees are already putting in a lot of hours, if the middle manager wants to look good, you might be under a lot of unnecessary stress.
It is difficult to control and talk about career paths.
In recent years, work efficiency has improved, but the technical services for employees have not scaled. You may be waiting too long and encounter too much red tape for things to be set up correctly.
Too many silos, and while politics is often necessary, it should not be a way to supersede common sense.
