The working environment is open and flexible. I feel that interns are also treated equally as full-time employees.
There are many bonding activities at Autodesk (e.g., sports competitions, bowling, beer bursts...).
Competitiveness may not be too high when working at Autodesk. This does not mean that the working attitude of employees is not professional.
Autodesk is a good place to get accustomed to a real working environment for students, especially if this is the first time.
I did a self-introduction and introduced my projects. I was asked two algorithm questions. I wrote short code on the whiteboard and chose C language for implementation. No personality questions were asked.
Email after a week arranging an interview. Met with two managers who I would work under. They just asked how I would solve a problem related to what I would work on if hired. Very friendly and a great office!
I had a Skype video interview. The interview tested basics of data structures and algorithms. You need to have a good grasp of OOP. After a week, I was extended an offer.
