Decent healthcare benefits (United PPO is an option), somewhat lax depending on the team. Deadlines can be pushed back indefinitely.
Everyone is trying to take as much away from this company as possible. "You don't owe them anything, take everything you can" is repeated pretty high up.
Even the people not very high on the totem pole are flying around everywhere in first class. Some people here work an entirely different full-time job and are collecting two salaries.
The culture is completely broken; no one is doing anything.

Distinguished Engineer
