I live in San Francisco and worked at the office on 1 Market, so the location was convenient.
Opportunities for advancement were thin. The ability to grow was also limited.
Management has trouble recognizing talent and rewarding people. Management is also unenlightened.
My manager had numerous sexual harassment and discrimination complaints filed against him, and it took Autodesk years to do anything about it. Meanwhile, our team was hemorrhaging talent.
