Beautiful office located in the CODA building in downtown Atlanta. Snacks, coffee, etc. in the office for free. Management is very understanding, and coworkers are always willing to help. Autodesk is a company that wants to help its employees grow and will spend money on continuing education and certifications. Management is also very flexible with WFH – they do not ask or enforce anyone to be in the office. Procedures and policies are well documented – excellent onboarding. No meetings after 12 PM on Fridays!
A con of being located downtown is parking costs.
