The entire interview was conducted via e-mail and Slack. The first interview was with an Engineer, followed by a code test. It wasn't particularly difficult, but there were some curveballs that required a strong understanding of WordPress.

Pros: Smart, hard-working ICs. Remote meetups are excellent. The company understands remote work.
Cons: The company is in trouble, and management has no idea how to fix it. There is little chance to turn things around, as they keep pointing the finger at ICs who are executing on the constantly shifting and completely ineffective plans laid out by management. The board is less than useless for enabling this entire charade.
