They sent me a document with instructions to install a new WP site on WordPress.com and then import a pre-designed site.
There were about 10 questions/problems to work through. The task required that I didn't fix the issues, but explain how I would resolve them.
There were 2-3 specific questions they wanted me to answer as if I were responding to a customer. I felt like I nailed this part and even submitted a video showing me going through the steps.
They responded by saying they weren't moving forward and that I should spend time on their forums learning more about WordPress. This felt like a generic canned response. My video got 0 views.
I asked for feedback and did not receive any.
