Cons

When I joined, I loved working here.

My coworkers were fantastic, the product was interesting, and I felt like I had a future.

At one point, the CEO went off the rails. I'm under the impression he thinks he's playing in the big leagues now, so he can do what he wants.

His unnecessary, uninformed pursuits cost people their peace of mind, the success of their products, and for some, their jobs.

As of recently, it became toxic to the extreme, with big reorg decisions making no product sense, with no clear plans for the future, and no apparent need to justify that to anyone.

There are some really good, really smart people around whose voices are no longer heard because they are not bullies.
