Smart, hard-working ICs. Remote meetups are excellent. The company understands remote work.
The company is in trouble, and management has no idea how to fix it. There is little chance to turn things around, as they keep pointing the finger at ICs who are executing on the constantly shifting and completely ineffective plans laid out by management. The board is less than useless for enabling this entire charade.
Wake up.
Your CFO is lying to you, and everyone else in senior management is a yes man.
You're in a hole, and you won't be able to dig yourself out by just patting each other on the back and reorganizing the company every few months.
