Perks and benefits are still pretty good compared to the industry standard.
- A couple of folks decide on big things.
- Forcing AI too much, when there's no real value with the current company setup.
- Post-economic CEO.
- The company was people-first. Now it's "what people???"
- No product, no vision. Just changing packaging from time to time.
- The company never did layoffs (that's the public statement). But there is a lot of "inflated feedback," "performance issues," and several other kinds of invented terms.
- The way layoffs were handled is not humane. The CEO should be ashamed. That's it.
