It is readily apparent the company has invested a lot of effort into building a great, supportive, remote work culture. Be open to criticism. Strive to understand why ideas/approaches from competitors are trending, and quickly seek to adapt your mindset to appreciate and integrate alternative approaches into the company's trajectory and product offerings.
