Company and team leads really take care of work-life balance. For example, they frequently suggest taking days off, and they allow working in hours I want rather than US or EU timezones, like many other remote companies. Truly a remote company, I would say.
Colleagues are friendly, and there are many internal groups to support or entertain you.
