Best company to work for
Great amount of autonomy. You can take your time to code the right way. The people are very friendly, and everything runs very efficiently. Very little amount of meetings, which, when they happen, are very efficient.
Work from home may not be for everybody. The idea of levels doesn't exist, which might be a problem for some.
