The company allows you to work from wherever you want, whenever you want. It also allows you to choose to get paid in cash, or you can buy equity in the company if you want to get more involved.
There is no on-site, in-office work option. The company does not have an office. So, if you prefer to be surrounded by people during your work hours, this company is not for you.
