Best place I've ever worked.

- Open vacation policy and very generous perks.
- Very focused on employee satisfaction.

- Lots of training opportunities which can either be expensed or delivered in-house.
- Free professional coaching.
Can be chaotic at times, but it's a fast-paced industry in a time that has been tough for tech firms. So, on the whole, I think that's handled well.
