Cons: A lot of politics at the bank fail to get things done, due to the denial of requests or a change in system management. Also, it doesn't offer full-time offers to its contractors if it's a "bad year."

Solid executive presence and direction.
Cons: It's a big machine. You never feel like you are anything more than a cog in a giant machine.
