Process
Contacted by a recruiter to take a 45-minute online assessment on Python and SQL, which I completely bombed. Still received a virtual onsite interview, which I was surprised about. The onsite was a 1-hour and 30-minute interview, in 30-minute increments with different interviewers. About 2-3 people in each interview asked basic questions about Python and SQL and asked me to describe myself and what I do.
