Applied through the school portal and had to do an online submission through their portal for basic questions about myself and my knowledge/motivation for the job.
Got a call from the HR department for a short phone interview and then scheduling for a face-to-face interview.
Very brief and quick testing on competency and skills for the job.
Questions

Pros: Training and development for interns were okay. Company values and culture were great as well, as expected of a foreign bank here in Singapore. Managers were supportive and always keen to help. Will be taken into consideration for full-time conversion upon graduation.
Cons: Not much training and exposure will be given out of the Tech department. So, if you are posted to Tech, you would almost not get a chance to know about the other LOBs of the bank. You will not be considered for full-time roles out of Tech. This means that they do not look at your work personality too much when considering you for a conversion, rather than skillsets. As no matter how good you are with people, if you are from the back office, you won't get to convert into the front-office roles.
