I was contacted by an IT staffing agency prior to meeting with Bank of America. I was interviewed by Bank of America a few days after the first contact by the staffing agency. The interview was two parts. Half was a technical/whiteboard session, and the other half was a cultural/behavioral fit session. I met with multiple Bank of America employees during the interview.
Technical weeder questions followed by a more extensive whiteboard question. Not too difficult, and understanding of technical limitations is key. Behavioral was very relaxed and low-key. Didn't feel like an interview, really.
