The recruiter reached out first. Initial phone screen followed by an hour technical interview and after about silence for a few weeks, I reached out to the recruiter. He responded that they liked me and would like to move forward with the final round.
After two and a half months, I received an invitation for the final round interview. The final interview was exactly the same as the one before, with the exact same questions.
Starting off by asking me to introduce myself, the normal protocol. I let the interviewers know that I had had the same exact interview by them, so why were they asking me to do it all over again? To which they responded, "They are aware of it."
In the end, I received feedback saying I wasn't confident and didn't have enough skill level. But it didn't make sense to me why they would move forward with me if they had the same feedback the first interview.
Highly unprofessional and time-wasting. I had to push another interview for this one.
Basic Selenium questions, Cucumber, and elements. Interviewers were more confused about their own knowledge of automation and didn't know how to ask the questions.
