Process
The interview was very formal and standard. I was told it would be three interviews. After the second one, they told me I got the job. After I signed all the papers, I needed clearance from Bank of America, and the manager backed out. Then I got offered another position on the same team for less pay. The lack of professionalism was key for me not to accept the following offer. Good thing I didn’t quit my job at that time.
