The interview process was telephonic and conducted over two rounds, where I interacted with the online project lead as well. The interviews went very well, and I ended up being selected.
Thereafter, I submitted all the documents, and then there was the HR salary negotiation step. Here, I had almost a one-hour discussion with the HR person (not providing names), and he managed to convince me on the salary front.
Post that, there was no communication for over one week. I called them back, and now the HR person had changed, and she said that the approvals were not yet in.
Then, after another couple of weeks, I called them back, and this time she gave me the salary breakup and all other details. With that, I agreed and asked her to send the offer through as soon as possible. The offer never came.
Hence, the overall feedback is very negative, and I will ensure that I pass this feedback to anyone appearing for BOA interviews.
