One interview with the department leader, hiring manager, and the recruiter.
Mostly a matter of ensuring understanding of OOP, how polymorphism is realized in OOP. Basic constructs of how JSPs can be relevant to existing Servlets. Favorite version control (SVN). My background, how using Java came to the fore as it did 20 years ago.
Questions
It had to do with clients (help desk) receiving erroneous results using the web app.
There was a need for constant revisiting the main collections platform (CROSS) with ideas from stakeholders.
State and Federal mandates were changing fairly often, and bank policies were changing to better accommodate customers.
