The position was in the Tokyo (Japan) office. I went there and spent the afternoon doing interviews with 4-5 persons, each with a different nationality. I answered tests about Finance, Computer Science, and Mathematics.
Questions
An interviewer pretended to be a trader, shouting "WHY IS THE NUMBER ON MY SCREEN 2 WHEN IT SHOULD BE 3!! FIX IT NOW!!", to study my reaction. That was surprising.
