Pros: It all depends on the team you end up on. Luckily, my team was really flexible, with a great work-life balance.
Cons: It all depends on the team you end up on, but the only complaint is that sometimes things move slowly. However, it's a big bank, so that's expected.
There are a lot of moving parts and red tape.
