The first interview I had was on my campus a few weeks after our career fair. The interview was not technical, and it had really easy behavioral questions.
Then, a few weeks later, I had a phone interview with two people at the bank. Both of them were managers of different teams. They asked me more questions about what type of languages/platforms I had experience with, and they described what their team did. Again, there were no technical questions in this interview.
