Apti was very simple. But when the interview process started, we realized that they were interested in only the top 15 members.
They took a lengthy interview with the first few members and were convincing every candidate that you shouldn't do the job; this job is not like programming.
They were just looking for students who could do just a few clicks on the screen (which is darn boring if you are doing it for months) and still stay in the company for years.
