It was two rounds of telephonic interview and one round of face-to-face interview. The technical round was very detailed, and you should expect to provide exact syntax. The face-to-face was less technical. The panelists were technical and very hands-on.

Pros: Reasonable package, great facilities.
Great location (in city).
Provides cab pickup/drop (up to 30 kms radius from office).
Agile adoption in progress (some departments have already adopted agile) - a great opportunity for individual contributors.
Not keen on cutting down employees. They at least provide genuine inside opportunities if they have to cut down team size.
Cons: Nothing concrete I can think of, but switching to another department may be very difficult once you have landed in one department, unless the department you are working in decides to cut jobs.

Pros: Gain experience and build your resume.
Cons: Such a large corporation, you are just a number. Cuts always seem to come around, and there are no new hires. You will eventually get tired of the workload, in the technology division at least.
