It was a phone screening round. I was asked to dial in for a conference call with two interviewers. I dialed in on time; however, later on, only one interviewer joined the call. The interview immediately started with technical questions without any introduction to the role. The other interviewer, who was supposed to join the call, kept calling me on my number from his number. I asked the interviewer present in the conference call that I was getting a call from NY and it could be his colleague, so should I answer it. He said no, and we proceeded with the interview. Later, I found that the other interviewer left a message for me saying we could have an interview later. There was no response from BAML after that point. I called and emailed HR; however, I didn't get any feedback whatsoever for the first round.
