Open communications and good team environments to work in. Annual reviews and pay for performance were offered. The site manager was a very special person, and volunteer time off was encouraged.
Job performance was not related to promotions. Communications between teams was not always good. Volunteering to work for another team when workload was low was not recognized by my own team.
