Bank of America provides many opportunities and interesting challenges. Management in my area was mostly competent and sometimes very capable.
It's too easy to get stuck working with old technology. Some of the systems are so convoluted that much uninteresting work is needed to accomplish anything significant.
Streamline and unify the systems.
Support the staff in learning more about the business and how things really get done.
