Extremely low pay for NYC. Some managers in technology teams are not experienced enough in the tech world to lead a full team. They are too far from technological concepts, so low-level employees have to do the carrying when designing technical products.
Hire better managers who have a technical background.

Data Engineer
Had one technical interview and one interview with HR. Overall, it was an easy and straightforward process. The interview questions in the technical interview were straightforward. I had questions related to ETL and SQL.
Applications Developer
One phone interview with basic core Java questions for 30 minutes. The second interview is one-on-one, and you need to solve a real-time problem by writing code. Then, an interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by HR.
