Very flexible work culture and highly organized. Excellent trainings are provided. Cooperative people, organized transport, and respect for employees are evident. The company is very prompt for employees and addresses anything at any time.
Salary growth is limited to 10-12% at maximum, which is done for the bell curve. Cafeteria is not up to the mark, although they are also striving a lot for this.
It's one of the best companies with offshore establishments in India to work in. I like the culture and professionalism that is maintained there.
