Supportive Team, Tight Deadlines
The technical team is very supportive. It's a global bank, so teams sometimes consist of employees that stretch across the globe. This creates non-normal hours for meetings, but individuals go the extra mile of signing on during those odd hours to help out.
A very demanding environment, as you may imagine. Tight deadlines can be a little stressful. As a contractor, I was able to work remotely, but as an employee, you would have to be on location.
