Pros

Work-life balance is good, and medical benefits are good. The leave policy is good. The flexibility of the job is good, so we can seamlessly look for changes within the team.

Cons

Work/life balance can trend exceedingly work-heavy.

Communication from upper management to the floor is not consistent.

Some branches have challenging sales goals.

You will also work really long hours.

Customer service could be improved.

Advice to Management

Keep going the way you are. You enable associates to keep the Bank of America flag flying high. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
