The benefits at Bank of America are great.
The rate of promotion is very slim.
Raises are not the best.
Provide better incentive to the associates. If a position opens, give the associates the ability to apply first before hiring outside contractors. If you move a person to a different position which requires more work and a higher band, give them a raise based off both.
