Garbage, no employee investment, disregard of career growth
Nothing other than flexible with hours. But even that is going away. Vacation is minimum 3 weeks, 2 weeks sick time. Can purchase PTO.
Pay, management who are extremely dumb. Management only promoting friends. They do not listen to employees. There is no employee investment.
Hire intelligent people. Just because you want to save a few bucks by hiring the most absolute, inept individuals, in the long run, it will cost you more money.
