Work-life is great, but I had to face politics
Good work environment and work-life balance. Salary gets credited 1-2 days before month-end. Good exposure.
Bad office location. Bad office infrastructure at so-called new office. The cafeteria doesn't even have space to accommodate 40 above employees at a time when the total employee count is in the thousands. No parking available unless you are a Band 5 and above employee. The office location doesn't allow any paid parking nearby. Nodal points for cabs are far; for me, it's 1.5km. No point in taking office commute when it's 6km and you have to book another cab for 2km. They say that they provide a meal allowance, but it is not enough for two meals.
