Cons in working with this company: some Associate and Management were insecure regarding their work, and there were some also not open to new ideas. If you know more compared to them, there is a little window to move up. Some managers are still stuck in micromanagement.

Advice to the management: there is nothing to be insecure about, especially if you really worked hard in that position. For those who just got their promotion because they only know who, and not from what you know, well, better start learning now because you are now one of the mentors of the young associates or those who are just new in that industry.
