Cons in working with this company: some Associate and Management were insecure regarding their work, and there were some also not open to new ideas. If you know more compared to them, there is a little window to move up. Some managers are still stuck in micromanagement.
Advice to the management: there is nothing to be insecure about, especially if you really worked hard in that position.
