Been with the bank for 6 years. You will get a good work environment, no pressures. Very rare scenarios where you were asked to work for extended hours. Everything depends on your manager. No major role for HR.
Technically not much to learn; only a few projects will have good tech stacks.
No cloud projects.
Career growth will be dead slow.
