First round is telephonic. Basic and mid-level core Java questions were covered, touching on many topics in Java. I did well but was not shortlisted for the next round. Overall, it is a very good experience.

All good, nice organizations to work for. We had one-to-one discussions for more than three rounds. They are difficult, and there are good, talented people there. Higher management is very strict.
