- Work-life balance is great. They don't expect you to work on weekends or even stretch your day.
- Freedom in choosing technology. Unless you are part of a clumsy team, you are allowed to choose your own tools and libraries.
No onshore opportunities. However, this depends on project requirements as well.
Improve the hiring culture. They take around 45 to 60 days just for releasing the offer letter, even after the selection. This happens when the position is tagged on hold.
