Mid-level Managers (Managers, Senior Managers, AVP's) are totally partial, never care for the talent.

No employee retention.

Poor hikes, even hikes are not at all proportionate to the work; it totally depends on the manager. You will get a lot of surprises.

No encouragement in career growth (no transparency).

Only during external surveys does the management recognize the "EMPLOYEE".

If you work great and your manager doesn't like you personally, he/she will not support you in any manner. Rather, they always try to bring you down if you give them a chance.

In some cases, managers will even forget the company rules and negotiate with high-level management to support some employees and favor them a lot professionally and personally.

Sometimes you will get doubts whether you are working in a political party. Politics are toooooo high.

No work from home. Dress code is forced to follow.

Shuffle the mid-level management frequently (Managers, Senior Managers, AVPs). Consider and take action as soon as feedback is received. Company should be more of an employee advocate.
