Gender discrimination – the ratio is very poor. There are people who still need proper awareness to regard women in a certain way. There are people who will keep reminding you that you are hired to maintain diversity. Apart from these, I never found anything to complain about.
Try to maintain the gender ratio and create more awareness in people to respect women.
